Technician went to the wrong house. I saw them in my home camera after they had already left. Then I got the email saying the service was completed.

Not sure who's fault but very unhappy that I got text at 9.05 saying coming today. Stayed on line for 15 minutes waiting to reschedule..finally had to take off work to try to get home because my basement windows were open for ventilation to my puppies..and I tried to get home in time to close. Got to house at 9.35. All done....hoping my puppies don't get sick. Think a days notice would be in line to all your customers!!

William Jackson performed our service today and he was excellent!! Very conscientious regarding COVID precautions then very thorough reading up on what our home had been treated with before so that he could try another product. He listened to our concerns and definitely went above and beyond. The ants reacted right away by coming our from hiding and now we don't see any. Very pleased with service we received today!!
