Our tech came and did the service as needed. I was not home nor was my wife. However, since we have a Ring doorbell, my wife was able to talk with our technician and was able to discuss our needs or problems (NO problems! yea!) So, our tech was on time, did the service, chatted with my wife virtually, and ask what she could do to help us out as needed. All we well! Thanks.
