Technician could not complete service due to equipment to reach Ease in the rear of the house. Access to the inside of the house was not possible during this visit, so upon his return to treat the ease- the interior can be done.

A technician never showed up to do the work. We were charged for the work that was never done. We were home so we knew he never came . We called your company to see what was going on. The woman acknowledged that no one called the day before like you were supposed to do. We even checked our caller I’d and you did NOT call. We talked to her manager, Brandon and he basically said you did call and we needed to prove that the technician did NOT come. Brandon would not give us his last name.
