This Tech is incredible! He has serviced my property several times and when he leaves I never have to make a follow up call because he is incredibly thorough. He also takes note of what is going on and makes sure all issues are addressed. I was so glad when I opened the door and he was standing there, vest tech you have here in LV
Technician was great on explaining the process , followed the policy rules, sprayed all around the house and where ever it needed. He did inform me what areas as a homeowner needs to improve in order for less pest to come in the house. Once he was done he knocked on the door and informed me he was done and gave me a reminder if we have any issue to please don’t hesitate to contact the company.
Thorough explanation of services. On time and most importantly he wore a mask!

I appreciate that he read and followed the sign to not ring the door bell as it was during the babies' naptime. He probably had a lot to do as the last treatment was February 24 but he was thorough as he went completely around the house.
My technician deserves the bonus but I can't get the link to work.
Elliott did a great job and was very professional. If fact he called later in the afternoon to see if we were home so he could come back to get in our backyard and screen porch to complete the job!! Very impressed thank you!
