Needed control for aphids and this is the 2nd time y'all were out of chemical by the time you got to my house so my tree is a mess because you talked me into leaving my old service. that's just wrong. Also the wasps went nuts after you were here- check the arborvitae! and I still need bait boxes and treatment for rodents as promised at the initial sale (rats) Slugs look better finally and spiders are no worse.... No ants that I've seen so that is a success. Overall, it doesn't seem to thorough or thought out. I was talked into changing from Point pest control- had them for 6 years but your sales rep said you could do MUCH better. Lets see that soon.

I found evidence of wood eating ants. Don’t know if they eat it or just chew it up, but it was leaving little dust trails. I’m a customer of Aptive, I gave them a call and they came out and treated the area for the ants at no extra charge. I’ve been with the service for years and they’ve done good by me. I recommend their service.

I have left numerous emails and haven’t heard about from anyone. I was told I would have the flea treatment and the inside of the home done on my 1st initial visit because it was included but I didn’t receive either. I was told they would reschedule and come back out soon and it’s been over 2 weeks and not a word. I’m not happy with this company at all. They do NOT keep their end of the contract up but expect you too. I WILL NOT REFER!! In fact I will tell how horrible their response timing is and not look into a different company. The rating won’t let me go past 1 and 1/2 stars but know my review is less than 1 Star.

Today was our first service and we were a little wary of the process as we have had other company’s technicians out before and it has been quite awkward. Klark went above and beyond and was very reassuring and knowledgeable!!

No evidence the job was done. Please cancel my contract and refund my money. Did not show up when previously scheduled, I had to contact the office to reschedule. I got a message saying that my property was serviced and there is bugs(alive) everywhere, the eves are infested, not cleaned in a long time. I want my money back!
