Mr. Jose Castillo did an excellent job applying insecticide treatment inside & outside my home. He also gave me a few pointers on keeping the pests out of my home. I would welcome Mr. Castillo back for another treatment in the near future.

My service was a lie. I was at home in my living room, window open. I never saw a person even walk up my driveway! My service was to spray inside my kitchen for roaches. INSIDE! I'VE NEVER BEEN GIVEN INFORMATION ON HOW TO LOG INTO AN ACCOUNT ON LINE AND WAITING 40 MINUTES TO SPEAK WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IS SO DIFFICULT! NOW I WANT TO CRY DOING BUISNESS WITH A SERVICE TECH THAT NEVER EVEN WALKED IS JUST TOO HARD

Brad was friendly and courteous. He did a good job, however he could have done a better job getting behind certain areas such as behind the entertainment center, on the sides of the refrigerator, etc. otherwise he did a sufficient job!
