service provider was polite and very through in his visit. He treated inside the garage and slider door as I requested.
Very friendly service. Took time to explain the service letter and contract for one year of service. Explained the process and bugs that will be targeted and if additional service is needed during the quarter there are no issues to come and address the issue. Very happy with the service provided.
Aptive always does a great job, Jordan went above and beyond our expectations this time as she was very personable and addressed our needs adequately. Love how communicative she was prior to arriving, during and upon conclusion! Plus she was masked, maintained distance and was very professional
I felt Malmman ( forgot how to spell his name) was terrific. He was thorough & helpful. He was very considerate & interested in doing a good job. I really liked his attitude & enthusiasm.

Aptive automatically scheduled the appointment with ONLY one day notice. I have made it clear to never automatically schedule, they must speak to me directly. The phones are not being picked up for rescheduling. Left message to cancel appointment and they still showed up. I have made several attempts to get someone to answer the phone and still no luck. Very unhappy with customer service! Someone CALL ME!!!! I’m afraid I made a bad decision switching to Aptive!

Yes! This is my guy he’s awesome! He is thorough and always checks in with us when gets in and before he leaves. If we could only have service the house it would be awesome.
