Sounds like a good service and the technician was nice and knowledgeable. Would prefer someone with a mask on when at the door discussing products. Perhaps wear a mask with customers and take it off when working.
I was texted that my service had been performed and my credit card was billed for service, however, no one showed up. Last time the inside of the house was skipped due to COVID-19. I wonder if they has simply gone to pest control service so contactless that they do not show up to the residence at all.
Brianna was on time and very professional.
She did everything that was asked of her and more.
My technician was very knowledgeable kind and listened to my concerns. He seem to be thorough and took his time addressing concerns. I’m excited that we decided to go with Aptive in our new home and I know it will be a long successful working relationship!
We are very disappointed with the service we received. It seemed the technician had no regard for his work. He placed white powder all over the house, inside the house, on window sills with powder falling onto our beds and carpets. I would assume this toxic powder should be applied outside not inside the door jams and window sills. He also sprayed at the base of all our French Doors spraying the glass 4 feet up the inlaid window requiring us to clean all our windows, vacuum up the powder and reclean all our bed sheets. The service was very bad and we are quite upset.
SERVICE WAS NOT PROVIDED. NO ONE CAME TO MY HOUSE BUT THE MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT

I have always been happy with Aptive. Noah was excellent. .very polite and professional.
The technician had to call 3 times to clarify directions to the house and I had to stay on the phone with him to reel him in. I work in property services and I have my techs pull over and write down resident instructions when misled by GPS! When the tech exited his vehicle he had no mask on and immediately extended his hand to greet me. This violates every COVID protocol on my list and I was quite offended...to the point of considering a cancellation of my service.
