100% satisficed tech was kind and treated my home like it was his own

Technician was pleasant and respectful to me and my wife. Treatment was done very quickly. There is inaccurate information in the "Completed Service" email. The Master Bedroom and Master Bath were not touched (interior). My wife and pets were in the room, and no effort was made to swap them out for service. Even though I asked about removing pests from the exterior walls - and I was assured that would happen - there are still webs and mud dauber nests on my house.

Timothy was polite and very helpful. He seemed to understand the problem I am having in this house with spiders and centipedes in the basement. Quite typical for an older house on Long Island. His work was excellent! Let's hope in a week or two the bugs are gone. Many Thanks, Caroline D'Antonio
