I assume it was fine. I wasn’t home when he came, so I cannot really review him. ,Aptive never gave me a time just a date. So I went to an appointment

Rachael is amazing!!! She's thorough, professional and very, very sweet! Please increase her salary because she saved my account with your company. I have called several times only to reach a recording and have left messages asking your Customer (non)Service Department to please call me to make changes to my schedule. Never heard a thing. Hopefully, Rachael will fix the problem by calling dispatch directly and booking my service for next week. She deserves much praise!!!

Did not complete tasks. Did not do the job. I asked multiple times to spray. Was here 12 minutes. Was polite, however did not do the job. Your company does not answer phones nor respond.

He didn't ask if I wanted him to spray inside nor, did he clear cobwebs, mud daubers, etc...... Also, don't you all leave a treatment flag in yard? If so, he didn't do that either. Not impressed at all. Others technicians I've had were much more detailed.

Brandon was very polite and he sprayed the inside of the house which we had not had in at least three quarters. Very thorough. We appreciated his promptness and his attitude.
