Was told to expect our service person between 3-5pm and a phone call 30 minutes ahead of time, and received no phone call. Alejandro Medina-Pillado arrived after 5pm. He tried to come inside the house without taking off his shoes or putting on booties, and no mask. Seemed unprofessional especially given the current situation of the pandemic.

I thought they were supposed to dust for wasps and nest on on your porch .I still have them on my front porch after they left. I went out there and spray them myself after they left

Gordon was my servicing technician and I couldn't be more happy with the service provided. I discussed different problem areas around my house (wasp nests, ant hill, etc) and how one of the wasps nests kept getting rebuilt, even though I had killed them and destroyed the nest myself multiple times. He later discussed the type of wasps that he saw and how one the nest I had been destroying is from a species that is most likely coming from a much larger, home nest somewhere else nearby - which is why they kept returning to that same spot.
