Did an excellent job and was very helpful to point out areas of interest.
First time meeting Larry Eulett. He was prompt and polite and completed the service very efficiently. He also checked out before he left. Very nice and professional young man!
Very happy with the effort put in by the tech. Great friendly attitude. Definitely happy with the quality of the service and what seems to be a customer focused approach. Will definitely recommend.
Tech was professional and respectful. He announced his arrival and departure. He completed all tasks required.
Jason was quick and professional. He communicated what he found and reminded me of the free touch up service should any problems arise before my next quarterly service.
JD was great, however the journey after my quarterly service, between missed / scheduled reservice appointments, promises, etc. along the way was nearly unforgivable. Without JD calling me yesterday (and the lady I spoke with on the phone to ensure I heard from someone out of Austin, wish I remembered her name), coming out today and providing EXCELLENT service I was done with Aptive. As it stands I am still weary and my continued service with Aptive remains on “thin ice” at best.
Excellent! Great service and very professional. Aptive came and scheduled the service on the same day. Everything was well explained and clear.
We were very pleased with our service. Melissa was very helpful and took time to make sure she covered our entire house and property. I hope that she is our technician the next time a service is scheduled. Please give her the $5 bonus as the site that asked about her rating did not work.
William M. was amazing! We had multiple problem spots that had surfaced and he addressed each one with a solid plan and great attitude. Really appreciate the Active team taking care of our property and keeping it safe for our kiddos.
The technician showed a lot of attention to detail. He seemed to do a very thorough job and was very pleasant. I would certainly welcome him back again for the next service!
