I still have a lot of mini ants inside the house. My sales rep mentioned put some ant containers inside through house.

I was NOT present when the technician sprayed my home. I have always requested morning appts due to my work schedule, and wanting to be present. I have stated I did NOT want anyone in my back yard with my dogs back there. He arrived around 5:30pm. My gate was locked, technician used a chair in my front yard to jumped my wall and performed services WITH my 2 dogs in the back yard. I will NOT be paying for this service, and will be canceling my contact. I will NOT pay the cancelation fee either. You trespassed onto my property without me present, and put my animals at risk for injury from your negligence. You are lucky my pitbulls did not bite you, and that as of right now they are not show...Read More

Aamar and Derek were very professional, courteous and with pleasant attitude! They happily answered any questions I had. I was very happy that I chose Aptive to provide pesticide service for my house. Aamar and Derek are wonderful people, they displayed positive image for Aptive. Just received our initial service. Our technician was D, and he did a thorough job of explaining what he was going to be doing, what bugs he was targeting, getting an intake of our problems, while being professional and friendly. Please send D back for our next service date. Happy with the company so far and we are hopeful that the service is effective!

The backyard was not sprayed even though the gate was unlocked. I constantly have to ask for reservices.
