We had our initial treatment and the services performed was not what was presented to me from the salesman. The sales rep said the spray would be 3 feet on the ground and 3 feet up on the wall, but that was not the case. The spray was one feet out and 2 feet up. The sweep around the house was a bit sloppy, not all the spider egg nests was swept, there are still some on the ceiling in the entry and around the eaves. I was told by the sales rep the bottom would be sprayed and asked the technician to spray them but it doesn't look like he did it. My technician did a great job. Came during the time slot. Came to my door and we talked about the issues around the house. The previous tech did not do a great job. This new tech came out and did everything again and did everything I asked. He was great. He made up for the other guy. I also want to say the people I talked over email and phone, have been great as well.
Everything looks good except the spiderweb on our front window. Thought it would be removed but it wasn't.

there is a bee nest up in over hang by the roof, did nothing with it, did not tell use about it. last winter was the first time we had mice in the house, in one bed room and in the kitchen in the 12 years we have lived here. and the first time we paid for pest control. we do not want your service any more my wife told the man in the red pickup last week. then you sent another man today. STOP STOP LIKE YOU WERE TOLD LAST WEEK!!!

Mike Jones did a great job for me. I was on the patio recovering from a medical procedure this morning. He politely approached me welcoming me so as not to startle me. He was both efficient and personable. Upon leaving he described what he had done and wished me good the rest of the day. Send him to my house anytime.

He explained about any bait crystal/powder to bomb a couple big nests by my utility box. And especially explained the spray and how the ants got in by front window. Thanks for clearing the cobwebs or wasp foods!
