Omar was polite and discussed what he was planning to do today. He wasted no time getting the treatments applied and appears to cover everything I was explained in the initial visit. Professional and courteous.

It was my understanding that wasp nests would be removed, if found, from under our eves. After the service I found two nests that were previously on the house, so I'm a little confused about this. We also found a number of established spider webs near our front door, which again, I thought was supposed to be removed as a part of the service. In addition, our side gate was found left open after the service, which allowed one of our dogs to leave the property. Our dog was safely returned, but we feared the worse as she is very young and is not used to traffic or being off her leash.

Jeremy thoroughly visited all the property’s suspect points with due diligence. While performing eve sweeping, he also cleared the main level deck-railing of all the collected spider webs. We should be good until the next appointment. Thank you.
