I was led to believe that the yard was also to have been treated. It was not, only the outside of the house. Two weekends ago, my son was stung multiple times while mowing, by a type of digger bee that came swarming out of holes in the yard. We also struggle with moles. Do you treat for either of these pests?

My technician was very friendly and was more than happy to listen to my concerns and did an excellent job -over and above the call of duty!! He was sure to spray the vent where I seem to have many roaches coming in.

Jeff Brooks arrived on time. He was professional,efficient,polite and did a great job. He wore a mask and booties while inside our home. He left a business card for us if we have any questions or needs.

I am still blown away that we have not had any issues with ants since we started using aptive. The technicians today were very informative and thorough while addressing various issues with insects on the outside of our home. It is a relief to trust that it is being done right. I tell everyone about how glad I am we took the step to have these services done. Thank you!

Michael was very very knowledgeable. He listened to what I was saying. I thought I had what my mom called “mud masons” and he knew right away they were the bald faced hornets. He took care of my bees instead of me calling Windstream because I explained that I have a lawn service and one of the two young men are terribly allergic to bees. I would love to continue with Michael S. Please have him be my “go to Bug guy “😊. ( and he was on time😊)
