Nathaniel was respectful, detailed and thorough while treating the outside of the house and lawn. He even explained then problem areas and what he did to treat them after the service. I wad told it takes about a week for the treatment to take good effect. Its just the second day.

Met George who conducted a thorough spraying job on my two houses. I did not catch the name of the other guy. I would suggest to BOTH technicians shave their stubble and tuck your shirts (to look more professional)..

Dylan told us during his sales pitch that the tech would treat 30’ out from every side of the house. I watched as the tech treated the yard and he did not treat 30’ away from the house. He only walked around and spot treated. When I told him Dylan said he’d treat 39’ away, he said, “No, we don’t do that.” He did not offer to add more treatment, and added, “The insects will carry it to the rest of the yard.” Very displeased and would like to cancel further treatments.
