Did not want to spray in home initially for both my home and my parents who also has this service next door. Was sold on getting this service due to free two room treatments in home also. May cancel service entirely soon.

This is absolutely horrific. You turned off my very elaborate drip system. I have seven drip systems installed and you turned off all of them without telling me. Consequently, my entire selection of plants missed three waterings in the heat of the summer. If I had not been home for another day they would all die. The result is plants that usually get a total of 7 x 60 PSI of water, 14 minutes x 2 times a day, did not get their water. I had no idea of what to correct and stumbled upon it accidentally. I demand a refund of the service fee for this and a cancellation without consequence to me of the contract. it is late and dark and I do not have the ability to inspect each plants for...Read More

I appreciate the thoroughness of job done today! all areas of my home were treated and any problems resolved. I've been very happy with aptive service .. this summer season has been enjoyable spending time outside on deck , Wasps,bugs were at. a minimum, technician deserves high grade !thank you
