Technician never showed up and I have several security cameras to prove it. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Customer service is also very hard to get ahold of. I would not recommend thus company and I will be canceling this fraudulent service and dispute the charges with my credit card company.

I still have ants and was not supposed to be charged for this 2nd treatment because the reason I had this technician come was because the first treatment didn’t work. I also still have spider webs in my windows. Either the product you’re using is not effective or it’s not being applied where it is needed. This company has not done what your sales rep promoted. I will not recommend:(

I read in the pamphlet and was told that you did 30 feet around house, but nobody does it. The 2nd tech. did 20'. Did I miss interpret the info?

Donavan was great, but I never received a call or text like I was told I would. Therefore, I did not receive the pest treatment I wanted which was the inside of my house because of a flea issue. Now another week has gone by. Furthermore since I never received the phone call I wasn’t able to discuss pricing or plans etc. $149 is outrageous for just the perimeter of my small home. I want/needed my yard and inside my home treated. Evidently Giving Aptive a second chance was a mistake. Donavan was polite and very professional.
