Riley did AMAZING he is the ONLY reason why I’m still giving Aptive a second chance after all the mishaps! He apologized for stuff that wasn’t even his fault or doing, he was courteous and went above and beyond. I only want him to service our house if Aptive wants our business because I KNOW it’ll be a quality job. Great Job Riley you’ve saved Aptive a customer!

He Was Fantastic! Very Respectful, Wanted to understand my concerns and problem areas of the home. He Went to work immediately on the problem areas , and despite me having a house with 5 kids running around an all the chaos, he completed everything without disturbing anyone. He's a great guy who has serviced us before and I look forward to having him back. Very Friendly as well.
