Great personality and professional job he did.
He explained everything we asked him and give as much time to discuss what to do in the future. Great job.

I was not personally home at the time of my service appointment; however, my spouse was - she relayed that today's (8/20) technician was prompt, professional and explained the scope of his work. Moreover, the technician went "above the norm" and provided some helpful tips to mitigate pest Intrusion - by identifying a hole as an example.
This was my 2nd treatment - after my 1st treatment I was very skeptical (cancelled several appointments) and was going to cancel my service; as the technician fell short of my expectations. Today's technician gave me some relief that I didn't make the wrong decision by selecting this company as a service provider.
Please make sure Destiny receives her $5 bonus. Other link to use for that is displaying an "Access Denied' error. She filled me in on popular insects in my town/area and what to watch for. She was great. TY

He did not call 30 min prior so that I know when he would arrive even though I specifically asked twice the day before and the day of. I needed to know because I have a newborn and a newborn cannot be present while the spraying is taking place. Secondly I asked would he be there before 6 and since it was 5:20pm I assumed he would arrived at 6pm. When I left to drop my child off which was around the corner he arrived at 5:22 and I still wasn’t contacted that he arrived. If he would’ve contacted me I would have told him the door was unlocked and he could go inside but he simply left.
When I showed him some places I saw spider, he was happy to get rid of them.
He was pleasant, professional & patient in answering my questions & concerns. I never received a notification that I was scheduled to have my home treated so I was a little short with him upon his arrival. He was very courteous and apologetic.
Active should be happy & proud to have such an employee representing your company.
