Our technician, Nathaniel Terrazas, was very courteous when he called to let us know he had arrived and would be administering the treatment!
This morning Tyree Thompson called to inform me that he had arrived at my property and was about to begin service. He appeared knowledgeable and polite while letting me know to take proper precautions to protect my children and pets. I am pleased with the work and customer service that was performed today.
I was surprised to see him cleaning all spider webs in out screened in porch.
He left it super!
We were told at the initial appointment, when we signed up, that the technician would bring outdoor mouse traps to the next appointment as he did not have them at that time. However, the technician today did not have an traps and did not know anything about them. One of the main reasons we signed on was due to a mouse problem in our home. It was disappointing. Hopefully this issue can be resolved.
Technician was friendly, professional. He made sure that the information he had was correct on his work order. I gave details on what and where my issues was, he understood and took correct action, and after, he showed and informed me the course of action and where the locations of spraying and pellets where placed. Excellent service from you guys.
Jason was very informative as to areas to be treated. Pleasant and questioned if I had any areas I wanted addressed. Did a thorough service. Had some interior issues and they were addressed also.
I was not happy with my service today.
First off, why did you park right in the middle of my two car driveway and when I drove in trying to get out of the street while you were sitting in your truck--did you not notice me behind you? Why did someone have to come up to your truck to ask you to move over so I could into my garage?
When asked about spraying for wasps you said you saw evidence of wasps but you didn't spray for them--why not? When you followed one to the back of the house you still weren't going to spray until you were asked again to do so. This technician was friendly and very pleasant. He sprayed every area of concern. However, it rained the very next day. And after that, I saw waterbugs, regular/smaller roaches, ants and flying ghats. We also had a plumbing issue that has been resolved since he came out.
