3rd tech to come out within 3 weeks due to Aptive not getting us serviced. This tech called me b/c he couldn’t see how to get in, he wasn’t at the correct address that was stated on his paper. Then my report says In the technician notes, “Due to a locked gate/dogs we were unable to service the back yard. “...yet we DO NOT have a locked gate, nor any dogs. I had to go out back to double check there was a bait box, which there is. Not very happy with a simple task taking 3 weeks to service: 1st week, tech calls at around 7:30 PM at night to say that he cannot do the job today because it’s too late and the office will reschedule and let us know. Charles Monroe was our tech. Did a great job. Tried to leave a review for him to get $5.00 bonus. Won't let me access the page. He cleaned webs up good, left detailed message on what he did .

We were so happy to see that Ferney Valverde Lozorda was our technician. He knows we have two dogs. He always makes sure our gates are closed when he leaves and let’s us know when it will be safe for them to go outside. I know the technicians use the same sprays but we always feel that a better job is done when Ferney has been here. Plus, he wears a mask, which we appreciate. Thank you, Ferney.
