I'm fairly surprised that the technician did not wear a mask to enter my home nor did he attempt to ask if it was ok to not wear one.
He was polite enough, but didn't seem like he was very happy to be working on a Saturday.
When he left, he never said goodbye or anything... Just got in his truck, sat for a while then he was gone
-nests still under front awning
-forgot to ask us to unlock the gate to the backyard, so his notes about doing the backyard are untrue.
-left nests that were pulled down left for me to clean up, in my herb plants. I hope he didn't spray them with chemicals first before he left them in my herbs that i use to cook for my family.
-he told me he found a nest he couldn't reach, i told him to use my ladder, said he couldn't do that.
-i told him about the nests he missed, he said they are old and wont cause a problem, even though the new nests he pulled down were attached to these very nests he says will cause no problem.

Very nice and professional. Asked if there was any other issues that need addressed. Sprayed in the house for ants.
We cannot rate the technician, but rating your complete service is no stars. The spraying did not work and neither did your customer service. We emailed you informing you we now had ants in the house and did not receive a response. All you did was spray again when scheduled and billed us again. We told you that the ants were in the house before the 30 days were up. Since there was no response from your company and we are Not satisfied, please stop this service and refund the amounts you charged us.

The technician arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently. He was pleasant and responsive. I appreciate that he cleared off the spider webs along my patio and front porch. I'm only sorry he left before I could personally thank him!
Jaykob explained all that he needed to do, went over the contract, and then proceeded with the application, couldn't ask for more.
The primary reason we use a pest service is to manage the spiders.
When the technician left, there were still spiders in their webs hanging all over the house.
As soon as we walked through both front and back doors, we had spiders on us.
This misses the point of our money completely
Kim did and excellent job for our initial treatment. She even did some extra that we requested. We are looking forward to being pest free. Thank you.

The initial service was very quick, maybe about 10 minutes for a 2000 sqf house. Still I see spiders in my backyard. Hopefully this will be eliminated with future services.
