Technician did a great job addressing our concerns and explaining what he would be doing. He was very courteous and Covid concerned. He did a great job!! Trie to fill in for him to get bonus, but the link did not work from my computer.

I don’t believe he went into our patio area. It is a hidden gate and I was not asked how to get in. We have ants there that were not their previously. Also a competitor came shortly after and was surprised our house was just treated, webs were on the front window.
You rating system is flawed. I picked three stars and it auto populated. I can’t mark three. After my year is up, I will be canceling
Tech was very concerned with our issues and took it upon herself to make sure our needs were met.

The experience I had with the Aptive technician last week was one of the worst I ever had. He called me to say he was on his way and informed me that he would be spraying inside and out. This immediately raised a red flag in my head because I was told when I purchased the service that the company typically only treats the outside, which is unusual. I questioned him on this and he told me that they had been having a problem over the last few weeks with technicians being lazy and not going into peoples’ homes like they were supposed to, and even gave me a detailed example of a woman whose grandchild was bitten in the face with a spider because her home was not correctly sprayed on the insi...Read More

asked me if i had any conserns before starting . He then told me how he would proceed based on what we talked about. He then did what he said he would do. He was very professional.
