The technician arrived without a mask. We are in the high risk group for COVID-19 and would appreciate the wearing of a mask in the future. When we asked the technician if he had a mask he went to his truck and returned wearing a mask. Other than the mask he did a great job and was very courteous.

Sergio Garza is by far the best technician I've had to my house with Aptive! He took time to ask specific questions to get to the best of my needs, as opposed to the usual quick in and out of spraying the outside. He really treated his job as if he owned the company, and this is the best kind of employee to represent your company.
