I was not at home when the technician called to say he was enroute to
service my property. I called him back and he took the time to explain
that he had finished servicing the exterior of my home and what he had
done and if I had any problems going forward, to call and a technician would come back out with no additional cost. This is my second service and I have been completely happy with the service thus far.
He did a very thorough job. Thank you! Why did he not collect payment when he was here? We always pay when the job is completed here on site.
He went above & beyond! He accommodated all of our needs. Thank you Chris
Pleasant and helpful in meeting our needs of spraying indoors and out.
The technician did not eliminate the yellow jacket nest under my porch. I even called last Friday, the 21st, to alert Aptive of the nest. Although he did spray around the nest, he was not able to get the spray actually in the hole that the wasp go in. The result was the wasp are now more active and irritated.

Tech left without doing service. I told him I wasn't supposed to be charged and he said it wasn't his problem. I asked to talk to someone above him and he said he didn't have a number to the office or supervisor. I do not want to be charged for this service
He was very hospitable and knowledgeable in his work. He explained what he did an i felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing. Great service.
