He was very nice and helpful however my main reason for her visit was to take care of a trail of ants and would have preferred a bait rather than spray

The service technician was witnessed driving slowly past our house and then turning around and driving off without ever stopping by. Service was supposed to be provided to both exterior and interior but instead literally nothing was done, no one was contacted, and I received an invoice for service completed.

The technician was great and very thorough. He was able to complete my service on removing a hornets nest even though he wasn't provided with a safety suit. I really appreciated his help and him addressing the other bee/wasp issues and spiders along the outside of my home!

Was polite kept a safe distance even while wearing his mask. Was detailed in what he was going to be doing and asked if there were any problem areas inside or out I should be aware of and promptly took care of the areas mentioned. Was very respectful of me and my property.
