Very nice - explained all he was about to do and went over it with me after he completed the job. He made sure to tell me to keep pets inside for 30 minutes to be on the safe side. Appreciated his concern.

The technician did the job. But our (my wife and I) overall impression is that he does not consider this job a "labor of love." He went through the treatment routine mechanically. We expected him to be the professional who prescribes where the chemicals should be sprayed throughout our home. Our contract indicate that both the inside and outside of the house will be sprayed during the quarterly visits. Instead, he had to be prompted to spray inside the home and left chemical trails all over floors. And this treatment should have occurred on July 20, so it was late by all account.

Technician was informed of a mouse issue in our shed. I asked to avoid using poison products due to having dogs and wanting to avoid secondary poisoning. He informed me that he could use a metal box. That there was “bait” used in this metal device but not poison and that the mouse would eat it and die elsewhere. Pretty sure that’s poison! Maybe a refresher on pest products is necessary if he’s working for a pest control company?

He left the gate open. When I got home, I let my dog out to pee. She took off. I searched for an hour. Finally a neighbor found her. DONT LEAVE THE GATE OPEN!

This young man was super polite, professional and great personality. I have been calling your office since may. Your automated phone service is the worst I have ever encountered. I have stayed on the phone for up to 12 minutes and as little as 3. No one answers the call. All I get is extremely large call volume, that’s crap! Not every time over many days. Why is there not a call back feature? 12 calls over a 4 month time span proves how inept your system is. I even left a pointed review with the BBB hoping I would get someone’s attention to call me. That didn’t work! With that said cancel all future business with me! Do not schedule any future applications as I will not pay for them! Pl...Read More

Laurence was my tech today. A phone call to let me know he was on his way, then a rap on the door to let me know he had arrived. He removed all the spider webs and sprayed for insects . He did the foundation and checked for other problem areas. We have had no ants since we started with Aptive.
