First I never had a call or email... to make my appointment. He just show up. I was not in home when he came, I notice that he came because I got charge on my bank account . I need Him to come inside . He did not left a note saying he was here. Anyway it’s raining why he came and do it from outside. It’s gonna go away with the rain. I’m not happy 😡
Both young men who came to my home were very polite, clean and respectful, calling me ma'am etc. The first young man solicited my service and was very thorough, and the 2nd young man showed up a few hours later to actually do the work and was also very respectful and thorough. We had ground bees in the borderline neighbor's yard and they got permission to treat it as i believe that nest was the mother load site that also fed my 2 ground bee sites. Also had a new ant hive growing right by the fire pit, took care of that too. Also did an all around spray front and back and the back for flees and ticks as we have a dog and cat. Very pleased so far.
Jeff went above and beyond during my appointment today. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them all one by one.
Very professional, and experienced - seemed to know exactly where the ants would be hanging out.
Alex was great. However, on one of the 3 spots he resolved (one of the smaller nests, left side of the house) the wasps are back already, just an hour after he left. Can you please come back and "hit" this one area with treatment more completely? Thanks
She was by far the best tech that we have had. Spent time looking for our bug problems and took care of them when she found them. The hornets nest that has been on the fence all summer is completely gone! Either the male techs didn't see it or they ignored it. I would request her back every time if I could

Terrell Boulware and his assistant were very professional, cordial and efficient. I appreciate the time they take to ask questions and then listen while acting upon whatever I tell them the issue is. I appreciate your service technicians, they are always going above and beyond my expectations!
