Please in the future be careful and attentive if you ever return to my property!! The gate you entered was left opened after service. I have dogs and if they had gotten out would not have been good.

The product does not work well. After 2-4 days all the spider nets and other bugs already start to show up again. I don't think the technology and products you are using are being effective.

Ryan was great! Very polite and prompt. It had been rainy the day before so he even wrapped plastic bags around his shoes when he came inside so he didn't get the floor dirty. Very sweet. Only thing was that I think something dripped from his equipment through the house that I noticed when he left. Nothing was ruined so no biggie but just something to check for next time. Thank you, Ryan!!

I'm sorry, but I've been home all day & did not see any Aptive tech service my home. I was in & out of my house all afternoon & even watched an Aptive truck drive by my house. My dog would have barked if the tech was here. Maybe the wrong address was serviced. My address is 2043 Steffy rd. MogadoreI have rescheduled for Sept 9. I suggest a paper notice be placed in the door or the tech ring a doorbell. I'm very disappointed.

The post indicates the interior of our house was treated but the man did not come inside our house. Am I not reading this email correctly? I have always had a notice this service was scheduled but I did not receive one this time.
