William Baxter did a great job today! Super quick so I could let the dogs out 30 min after he was done. So far this is my second treatment since using the service and I love how nice everyone has been when they come over. I feel like the company treats them well and I hope he gets the extra $5 as promised in the email I got with the invoice!

He sprayed our garage and actually swept all around the house as well as sprayed around the house as expected. He was careful and methodical. Very much appreciated!
This was actually a retreatment; however, it is the first retreatment we have EVER had w/Aptive. This treatment was what we have come to expect; Balthasar, or Liam, did a great job. He communicated what he was seeing and what we could expect afterwards. I personally saw the attention to detail. He reached a wasps nest on the second floor eaves! Professional & identifiable as well. Note: I did click on the link to make sure this young man received that extra cash for going above and beyond, but it said "this XML file does not appear to have any information..." Bruce Pike did an excellent job. Needed in house service for the kitchen and bathrooms and he just treated the whole house without being ask to. Professional all the way!
