The email message I sent two days prior to my appointment was never read. I required extra services. This is the SECOND time the customer email was not read before servicing my home. Since your employees cannot be trusted to do the job, I was forced to cancel my contract.

Today’s technician was one of the best (10/7/20). Others Aptive techs I’ve had in the past did not provide the level of communication or customer service as I received today. I also saw him training and instructing the new person who helped provide service today. I appreciate the level of service provided today.
