It’s unfortunate. The employees that actually do the servicing are Great, they do a fantastic job...
The Staff can’t seem to coordinate the appropriate emails to send to which customer/potential customer. I continue to get emails saying they want to service the residence and we’ve had a contract and have been serviced 3 X’s...
The annoying emails and especially the continuance after I have expressed this to the office Staff, makes me doubt their ability to do things properly.
Whenever I need service, Aptive is able to accommodate my request very quickly. In one instance, a technician was sent out the same day which was very much appreciated. Richard has serviced our property several times recently. I find him to be extremely polite and knowledgeable about any issues we are experiencing. I really like that he doesn't just treat the issue but takes the time to educate us on what is or could be causing it. I highly recommend Aptive!
Brent was very professional and very prompt! He thoroughly explained the service he was going to provide and he made the experience very comfortable and safe for my kids and dog.

Technician seemed knowledgeable and was friendly. I was told that someone would be here between 8 and 11am. Shortly after 12:00 Still no technician. I called and was told that they would be here within the hour. At 2:00 I was forced to cancel my plans. Aptive finally showed up after 3:00. Totally inconsiderate, I spent my entire day waiting!I feel at the very least I should have been notified about the LATE arrival. Perhaps I should have hired one of your competitors. This was not a good experience!
I didn’t even know he was here...which sucks because I would’ve asked about some things inside. I had a missed call that might have been him, but that is not the only way techs should make contact. I was home, and ringing the doorbell or knocking would have been appreciated and appropriate.
Was on time, did a very thorough job on outside and was able to do the basement while practicing social distancing and proper protection. Very professional and went the extra mile to make sure all my issues were addressed
