I was very hesitant starting service with your company after I read all of the negative comments. I have been VERY HAPPY and SATISFIED with the service so far. The technician today made sure to make eye contact with me before starting the service. THANK YOU THANK YOU!

We have been having problems with a yellow-jacket issue, Bob was the only tech who actually helped with this issue.The others were all very polite but Bob took the time and to apply the application to show results. The yellow-jacket issue is nearing to an end, I hope... PK

The technician was dropped off by somebody else driving. All he did was spray around the base of my house and leave. He did not take any spiderwebs down or ask if there is anything specifically were worried about. I also think they should be coming inside to treat the windowsills and I don’t think I should have to schedule a separate

He was very thorough and cleared all the webs. Paid special attention to the ant hills and sprayed everything. The last agent didn’t do any of this. I hope I get agent again.
