Nicholas Ress came to treat ants in my kitchen. He explained everything to me and assured me that I can call again if the problem persist. I was very pleased with his service.

Honestly, I am not very impressed by the work and effort the technicians/company offers. The techs came out to treat my yard and landscape for a major grub infestation and they only treated some parts of my yard and literally just sprinkled some grub control over a few areas of my yard. I had to actually point out some really bad spots to them that they overlooked. To me it seemed obvious, which makes me question how well they really were able to properly treat any other problem areas. I pay a lot of money for this service and just expect better service and results. Half of my grass has been killed by grubs and I will have to repay for seed etc. now on top of what I pay for the pest... Read More

This is not a review of Isaac. My complaint is with the reminder system and notification system. I did not receive a reminder about the appointment until today, the day of service. And when I receive the reminder, there is no notice of when the service person will be there, but they do tell me to keep my dogs inside. All day? They also say to call the office with questions. I always have to call to find out what time frame they will be arriving, so that I can be aware to have my dogs inside. This morning they told me between 3-5 pm and then I asked them to call my husband's cell since I was out of town. Then 30 minute later, Isaac called and said he was on his way, so 10-12.
