Overall was a good experience. Asked for traps for sugar ants. The associate did not have traps, but scheduled a return service to drop off the traps.

Yesterday Sergio arrived early with a smile on his face ! He was there for my second application. He took his time to go over everything and explained what he was going to do. Adding a few more applications. Things I hadn’t realized were a problem but when he explained I was grateful. He went above and beyond spending a lot of time and doing a thorough job. When he was finished he let me know. And also reminded me again if you find any issues between quarterly visits to call. Don’t wait. I was a happy camper this morning to find a couple dead insects Thank you Sergio for your dedication to your job.

I asked for a re-treatment and to be contacted by email, not by phone. I received 2 phone calls within 2 hours and no emails. I called backed the next day and requested a re-treatment for the crickets and ants that were everywhere in the yard. I was not notified the day of the appointment for an estimated time of arrival. The technician arrived, called my phone and let me know he was there but did not know what I wanted. This is the second time technicians have come to my home and don't know what they are supposed to do. He sprayed the foundation, left me a note stating sorry we missed you and that I should reschedule. I wasn't aware I needed to be there in order to have the yard... Read More

Very impressed with Anthony! He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and takes pride in what he does. We worked closely together to treat effectively without threatening the kids, animals, or vegetation. I enjoy gardening and am very pleased I didn’t have to compromise the ecosystem I have established to treat my home!
