Arrived on time. Could not complete project because sprayer for inside weren’t working said he’d have to reschedule. Left without reporting on what was done and how to proceed with finishing inside
Adam was early but professional upon greeting. He came with a co-worker who he did not introduce. I concluded that the other worker was new and was shadowing to learn the job. The other guy seemed more interested in my pond when they greeted me at the door. Adam explained briefly what he was going to do before he got started. I did a quick inspection after I got home from work and the job appears to have been done fairly well. I don't know if sweeping up after is supposed to be part of the work but, if not, it should be. Wasp nest front eaves. My expectation for this service is the spider webs will be cleaned off. I was told when I signed up for this service a brush would be used. Is this not the case?
This is the second application that you did not notify us ahead of time that you were coming. Would appreciate a little notice.
Liann was at my house for all of 7 minutes. He said I’ll have to reschedule for the front area to be done because if he sprays it, it will leave black streaks.
When he came to the door he asked if I wanted the inside done and I said yes. He didn’t do it. When he came back and I asked about it, he said nothing needed to be done inside, everything was outside.
I do not think that $144.00 is a reasonable cost for so little being done. I am going to check around and find out how I get out of the contract so I don’t have to deal with your company.
He was kind and considerate and had a great attitude. I would highly recommend!
