The tech was very helpful in explaining why I was having so many issues with spider webs at my front porch. Although he was respraying the area, he let me know that I could still have a problem based on the way this particular spider works from the top down. I won't over react with a bad rating of the company since I now understand the issue and the fact that he cannot spray up too far.

How come it took him no more than 10 minutes to do my big garden it takes normally at least 30 minutes and my buys are still there and not at all happy I will try 1 more time and if buy are there then I do not want your service pat macabi

Too many emails & not enough service! After your tech left, I killed a brown widow spider on the back of my patio chair right out my back patio door. He told me that he couldn't spray above his head (door/window frames; patio cover), but what's wrong with the underside of patio furniture & concrete table & benches. Thanks for listening. Tina
