Our technician today presented very well dressed, in an Aptive uniform. He was fast, friendly and very thorough. We just had our lawn planted and he was very careful to avoid walking on it even though it likely made his job a little more difficult. Although we only identified spiders as a continued problem, he took additional care to recommend and re-treat for fleas and ticks as he realized we have a new puppy. He very easily could’ve re-treated/sprayed for spiders and left, but he also used granules and made it safer for our puppy by re-treating for fleas and ticks. We are very happy with the service our technician provided.

I called in the morning to get a time window. I was told he would be here between 2:00-3:00pm today, Sept. 16th. This time worked for me since I would need to leave the house shortly after 3:00. I was home and waiting for him to show up. At around 2:50, I see that I have an email saying the service professional Christopher Peich did the service in the front yard. I never saw him and he did not ring the doorbell. How do I know he treated the front. And he didn’t do the backyard. I work and I cannot be making arrangements to have someone here all the time. Please DON’T ever send Mr. Peich to my house again. I will call to reschedule but this is very upsetting!
