Cody Cable did an excellent job, he called before the visit to confirm the time and the service that would be done. When he got to the address he explained what he would be doing and asked if there were any special concerns and there were none. Cody then began his service in a very efficient manner. Best technician!!! So kind, courteous and very willing to listen to my concerns and address them. He was efficient and knowledgeable. Could not have been happier with his service!!! He set the bar high for any returning technician!!

High pressure sprayer was not operational, he used a hand sprayer. To treat the property. I have a hand sprayer. Myself , thought by going with professional company that they would have better equipment

The technician DID NOT DO ANYTHING IN THE BACK YARD as the gate was locked, after two visits by your technicians a wasps nest that I took care of prior is STILL THERE in the front of the house under the roof and the inside of my house has never been touched. The crate myrtles we have were suppose to be sprayed and they haven't! We need a revisit from a technician to spray the back, the crate myrtles, the inside of our house and remove the vacant wasp nest that we are paying for. We need to be at home so these things that are suppose to happen....do ASAP!

I saw the technician spraying around the house but he didn’t go into my backyard. I have a big spider problem in my yard by the porch so thought he would spray there.

Huge spider web left around the front light by where the address is on my house. Huge spiders and webs in window wells. Side of house full of webs as well. I’m not sure what he even did looking at the house....
