Specifically said over the phone that we wanted the outside and inside done but the tech only did the outside and refused to do the inside when we told him that we had asked for the inside too. The inside was the main reason why we wanted the treatment again so soon and even said we had a bug infestation inside the house.

Kevin had a positive attitude and nice demeanor. It’s refreshing to see someone enjoy what they are doing. And it shows in the quality of work he did. He got all the spider webs throughout the exterior of the house, indicated what he was going to do, all in a timely manner. We really enjoyed Kevin’s positive attitude and wonderful personality and the job he did.

Due to the fact no one at Aptive could give me a time frame of arrival, I had to spend the entire day at home waiting for tech. I had to be present as I needed to open the unattached garage for the mouse treatment. I also requested that the tech call me at least 30 minutes prior to arrival and he did not. This is unacceptable. At the minimum the customer should be given a 4 hour window; morning or afternoon. The tech did not arrive until after 3:00 which was fine but I could have had the morning free to leave. I am pleased with the mouse baiting in and around the effected garage area. The tech and I and discussed the boxelder bug problems and he indicated he would treat the south... Read More
