The technician Mr. Marco was very knowledgeable in his work! He explained everything about aptive and what he was going to do! He did an excellent job!
A. Beadle is the kind of employee every business should strive to acquire. He was knowledgeable, professional, polite, and throughout the service visit, pleasant too. I felt glad that we had contracted with Aptive!
Excellent & professional service by Dominique; asked questions; thoroughly investigated if I needed anything or had areas to be given special attention; listened intently as I explained about fire ants on fence near home & placed items to destroy queen; thoroughly explained products & procedures to me; he was timely & did an outstanding job; very appreciative of his wonderful service with a smile; tremendous thanks & Kudos to Dominique❗️
Dindial Mahabir was very nice and thorough. Would request him to do the service all the time.
We were told that the technicians would call beforehand to gain access to the house. This was not done. Also, we signed up for 4 yearly treatments, done quarterly. So far we have had 2 treatments in the same quarter on 07/29/19 and 09/30/19. Please do not send another Technician for service until 2020.

did a great job, was very helpful and seemed to take specific interest in our issue with ants. By far one of the best technicians we've had.
Michael Watson serviced our home yesterday. We had not been notified by Aptive of this appointment, but fortunately were home to secure our animals and take the lock off our gate. He did a great job taking down cobwebs and sprayed the inside of our patio enclosure as well as the outside area due to my complaining about excessive spiders after the summer heat. He completed the service in a professional manner. I would recommend Michael as one of the best technicians servicing our property.
Gregory Fedalizo was fine. The results of the initial treatment were very unimpressive. I doubt this treatment will be any better, but we’ll see. if not, I will ask you not to come out anymore. Since I signed a one-year contract I guess I will have to honor it it so far have been very disappointed and would not recommend active.
