Michael arrived and identified himself and asked if I needed any additional services. He proceeded to get to work and did so very diligently. I told him I have been very pleased with the previous applications and was glad he was here today. He appeared to do a thorough job and that’s about all I can say.

Ross came out to service our house and was very knowledgeable and curtious. He listened to what we had to say and made sure to explain to us how he was going to treat the property. He was one of the best technicians we have had out and I would be very happy to have him come out again.

Perfect score in every survey category He was knowledgeable (Very effectively explained the different spiders and web types I asked about) He was customer focused (Called a head of his on time arrival; very respectful of furniture when servicing inside) He was efficient (Completely the work quickly but also ensuring the quality coverage was not diminished) Your company is privileged to have Darrell working in the front lines being that one chance to make a first impression for you. He is outstanding and should be a role model for all your service staff. These are my views I did not receive any form of influence or payment ;But, Darrell should get a raise!

Very pleasant and he was a Patriots fan!!! YAY!!!!!! My husband showed him where the pesky nest of wasps were hiding. The Aptive man did a great job! Thx!!!!
