Roger Clark did a superb job --- so my rating and comments is for the technician and NOT the APTIVE product. Again Roger Clark did an outstanding job removing the spiders/webs and applying your product. What I rate as "POOR" is the product applied as it just does NOT work and i have basically wasted my money on a product that clearly has not worked from day one and even after the re-sprays.

The service man that came was very good since he was working in the dark by the time he reached me. Then he had another house after my 2 houses. I was very pleased with his work, but I am not please with this company. You all want your people to service too many in a day. That's not right and for this reason, I want to quit this service.
