The technician that came out yesterday did a wonderful job! Better than any of the others that have visited. He listened to my concerns and explain things every step of the way. I prefer to have him come to my home over any other of your techs.

Technician: Jacob Jacob is extremely professional and demonstrates complete understanding of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Jacob called prior to arrival, and showed up exactly when he said he would. Before starting any applications of chemicals, he first spoke with me and asked me how have the previous treatments been working and are there any problem areas that he needs to address. I did not feel like he was just rushing to complete the job and get out of there - he made sure all concerns were addressed and that we were satisfied with the service. Great Experience!

Roger Clark did a superb job --- so my rating and comments is for the technician and NOT the APTIVE product. Again Roger Clark did an outstanding job removing the spiders/webs and applying your product. What I rate as "POOR" is the product applied as it just does NOT work and i have basically wasted my money on a product that clearly has not worked from day one and even after the re-sprays.
