I informed the office NOT to come today! I replied to the SMS not to come today. Still the treatment was done on a day that was not agreeable. This is not good service at all and I am not going to continue the agreement if the technician will not come back on Mon Oct 7th as proposed. This is for the reason that he cannot treat needed places without me being at home. Kindly confirm by return to come as requested several times!

The technician that came out yesterday did a wonderful job! Better than any of the others that have visited. He listened to my concerns and explain things every step of the way. I prefer to have him come to my home over any other of your techs.

Technician: Jacob Jacob is extremely professional and demonstrates complete understanding of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Jacob called prior to arrival, and showed up exactly when he said he would. Before starting any applications of chemicals, he first spoke with me and asked me how have the previous treatments been working and are there any problem areas that he needs to address. I did not feel like he was just rushing to complete the job and get out of there - he made sure all concerns were addressed and that we were satisfied with the service. Great Experience!
