Hi, my name is Gregory Underwood. I’m a new Aptive customer. Brittany is the Service Pro who was at my home on Oct 2, 2019 to do extermination. When Brittany was at my home, she was very polite, friendly, and courteous. I felt at ease with her. She seemed knowledgeable and I liked the suggestions she gave me when I asked Brittany what she suggested. I particularly liked that Brittany told me that the spray she was using is environmentally friendly, and I’m glad Brittany gave me a choice of using snap traps vs. sticky traps (I decided on snap traps because I believe they are more effective), and I was also interested in what other customers are doing, although I based my decisions more on... Very professional and polite technician. I had recently mud-jacked our patio and asked him to re-plug the pest holes with wire plugs (mud-jack contractor had removed old plugs) Your technician replaced the plugs, very detailed and good work. Thanks.
Bad service. I did not get a call or an email to coordinate when the employees would come spray my house. I came home from work and the employee was sitting in his car. I was unsure if he was working on mine or the neighbor’s house since there were no date scheduled. I went to my door and saw he left a note saying he finished the work. I went inside the house and exited through the garage in attempts to speak with him. He sped off and never greeted me or told me he sprayed my house. I paid to get front yard, backyard, and inside areas sprayed. I feel like I got robbed for my money because the inside of my house and backyard were not sprayed. I walked around the house today at about 4 o-clock. I noticed a number of spider webs in one of the bushes on the right side. I also spotted some on the left side and by the garage window. There was on in the back yard as well. Donald Gicker
