I got a chance to be home during my scheduled service. I was very pleased with the service Raymundo Serrano performed. He was respectful and very professional and willing to do the work. I was considering canceling and going with a different company but if I can get the same type of service Raymundo performed I will continue to be an Aptive customer.

Kaleb came out to spray my home today! He was AWESOME! GREAT customer service, efficient, and knowledgeable!! I wish all the tech’s were as good as him! He was very thorough and I will be requesting him to come to my home from now on! I live in Oregon

I was at work. Didn't call me ahead of time like what I had been told. I also schedule in the afternoon so I can be there to open the gate to the backyard. Did the whole pest control performance front yard for like 5 minutes and charged me 100 dollars is absurd.

Tech did not speak to my about service performed. My best experience was with the first tech to service my house. Since then it seems to me that each subsequent visit was less than that of the preceding one.
