The technician who came to do the service was not very polite, gave us attitude, and very disrespectful until we spoke with him and almost send him out of our house. He was supposed to do the treatment inside and outside the house but I forgot to open the garage. When I mentioned to him if he can treat the inside of the garage, too he was so rude and reluctantly did it. We called him out on his attitude, telling him he cannot do the services like this and if he doesn't want to do it, he's free to go. He even went inside the house without wearing any protective booties, after treating the outside. I hope the company would send us better service man next time who really wanted to work....
