I gave a 1 star but system automatically makes it a 3 star...I question this app! Not deserving of a 3 based on this particular experience! I have asked that Pedro not ever be sent back to our home. Please see previous review for details explaining why. Thanks!
Cody was prompt, called 1 hour before arriving to let me know when to expect him, gave good advice and treated our problem. I tried to leave the $5 tip, but could not log in as I could not find my acct. #. John Thomas
Technician was good, the problem is the company that they are never on time, no respect for their customers and on top the person who answered the phone had no customer service manners. When I called back to talk to a supervisor, the same person answered the phone stating that he was the supervisor, what type of company is this? I placed in goggle a bad review because you deserve it. I also noticed that you have a lot of bad reviews. I am going to escalate on this matter On top of everything I can’t place one start your software is forcing 3 starts, what a scam! YOU HAVE ONLY ONE START FOR YOUR TECHNICIAN, THE COMPANY ZERO

The technician at my home was cheerful, courteous and very thorough with his treatment program. He was totally familiar with the treatment schedule and made great suggestions to accommodate me as a new Aptive customer. He took his time and carefully covered all treatment areas. I feel confident that my home is properly protected from pests as they seek their winter hideaways!
